How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Everything is fine, from the date of payment to the point of issue 20 days. Put the rear cut-off and front fender as a gift. There are several scratches related to delivery. Took for 137500red, no customs fees. 100% recommend it.

In general-great is not bad. It was possible to honestly write 1000 W, (although I think 750 the real face value of the engine), in fact, it is written about the X20, but the battery and the motor and the controller are the same. The rim of the wheel is compound, I was "lucky" with a burrout on the rim punctured the camera. The wings in the photo, of course, are not from the set, they are not included, which is also somewhat upsetting. An honest 50 km (well, a little more) drives on one battery without pedals, along the intersection-norms. The torque of the engine in spite of the power-quite sufficient, it goes downhill, not a cross of course, but if you don't want to pedal, it doesn't have to come in. Maximum speed for the controller at 60 km/h, on a flat road 55-quite real. In total-the review is positive, but you need to understand that the price is for the design, not for the equipment)))
The seller answered all questions in advance in a friendly manner. Delivery time was estimated well to EU. I received the e-bike in less than 14 days. Packaging was sufficient. Assembly was easy. A short test ride was good, fast bike. As soon as the weather gets better I can say more about the top speed. So far everything is great, I can recommend the seller 👍 PS: Fenders are from Suron 😉 you have to improvise a little but it can be assembled.

Motork Super, but the front side has already broken up. Because it cannot be corrected by a carved hole for the imbus, now I have to advertise for them to send me a new pin.

The product is as promised and works very well. I get positive comments and questions everywhere I ride it. The item was delivered to me in 3 weeks ! Which was a complete surprise as I was expecting it to take much longer. The assembly was straight forward, and putting the bike together let me see how well made it was. The equipment is fantastic. The suspension works perfectly. The engine accelerates the bike to over 50 km/h. The brakes go right when they arrive. Only the transport took a few months, but it was worth the wait :)

The device, for him, is cool. For checking, hastily assembled, everything works, important elements are not damaged. There are damaged elements (here we must thank the transport companies), but slightly and not critical. There was a problem with the delivery, again, we thank the logistics company. In action led. oh wow this thing is sooo good! took a bit more than 2 months to arrive but definitely worth the wait and price! it's heavy, so don't imagine picking it up over fallen trees (but you can if need). as pictured, I fully charged the battery the day before then did a 13km test ride up very steep off road etc and it's still not dropped a bar on the battery indicator! that excites me 😃 it's a perfect blend of mountain bike and dirt bike with the bonus of being really quiet and nimble enough for putting in a van etc. I will be getting more people to buy this product for sure!!!
